Return & Money-Back Guarantee Policies

BeeAlive strives to keep our customers fulfilled and satisfied, which is why we offer a 90-day, money-back guarantee on most of our products.*

Customers may return unopened and unused product(s) for the full purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 90 days of the date of purchase.  Any product received after 90 days will be discarded and no refund will be issued.  Please allow up to 30 days of receipt of your package for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be posted back to the original form of payment tender.

Your returned product will be inspected as soon as possible. BeeAlive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with our return requirements.

Inside our packaging, an order invoice is included; please complete the back of the form.  If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address, telephone number and the date of purchase.  Also, please indicate in your return the reason for returning the item. Returns that were received as gifts can only be returned for a replacement of the same product or one of equal value.

All returns should be addressed to the following location. Customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. Unfortunately, BeeAlive is unable to reimburse the shipping fees or costs incurred to return product(s) to us.

Please Note:

  • Refused packages are subject to a $15.00 Return Processing Fee
  • Any problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.

*Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our Pure & Natural Royale, this product is excluded and cannot be returned for a refund.

 

Damaged or Missing Items:
We carefully pack and inspect each package before shipping to our customers.  However, if you receive a package that may have been damaged, contains incorrect product or missing items, please call our toll free number at 1-800-543-2337 and we will be more than happy to assist you.
