I have been taking the Royal Jelly capsules for about 10 years now. Before I take on any big project for that day or before I go for a long walk or travel, I always take one jelly capsule to give me that boost of energy. I suffered for years from debilitating migraines after decades of torment I discovered this product. It took 2-3 months to build up in my system but the headaches reduced in both strength frequency till they stopped completely. If it hadn't happened to me I'd have difficulty believing it! The migraines stopped after menopause and I stopped taking the product, I'm back now to see if I can get some relief from brain fog and exhaustion. I have Hashimoto's disease and various other medical issues. I'll post again with new results.
