BeeAlive® Return Policies


You may return a product for the full purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 120 days of the date of your purchase.  Any product received after 120 days will be discarded and no refund will be issued.  Please allow up to 30 days of receipt of your package for your refund to be processed.

All returns should be addressed to the following location (customer responsible for any return shipping cost):

Inside your package please include your invoice and please fill out the form.  If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address, telephone number and the date of purchase.  Also, please indicate in your return if you wish a refund or a replacement, and the reason for returning the item. Returns that were received as gifts can only be returned for a replacement of the same product or one of equal value.  On receipt of your package, we will submit your refund for processing to the same method of payment used for purchase, less any shipping costs.

Please Note:  Refused packages are subject to a $15.00 Return Processing Fee
