Why isn’t my shopping cart working right?
To order online, your browser must be able to go into a secure mode
(SSL-compliant). Your browser must also be able to accept "cookies"
(tiny bits of information stored in your computer so that we can retain your
order information as you shop, check out and return to our QuickShop.) If you

When will my credit card be charged?
Bee-Alive bills your credit card at the point of sale. This is when you click
the "Finalize Order" button at the very end of the ordering process.
Also, when ordering, be sure to click the "Finalize Order" button
only once since multiple clicks may result in more than one order being charged
to your credit card.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If you wish to pay by using a

Where do you ship?
For orders placed online, we ship to all 50 of the United States and to Puerto
Rico.

orders shipped to Canada, the Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, Bermuda, and Guam,

At
this time, we do not ship beyond the above locations.
How secure is your ordering process?

What happens after I place my order?
In addition to being able to print your order confirmation right online, you
will also receive an email confirmation of your order. This is your online
"receipt." Your order will then be shipped and your package will be
received in 7 to 10 days.
