Return Policies


You may return a product for the full purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 120 days of the date of your purchase.

Please complete the reverse side of your invoice and include it inside your package. If you do not have your invoice, please include your name, address, telephone number and the date of purchase. You should also indicate in your return if you wish a refund or a replacement, and the reason for returning the item. Returns that were received as gifts can only be returned for a replacement of the same product or one of equal value.

On receipt of your package we will promptly issue a refund using the same method of payment that your purchase was made with. If a replacement is requested, your order will be processed within 5 business days.

Unfortunately, Bee-Alive, Inc is unable to reimburse the shipping fees or costs incurred to return the product to us.

Please Note: Refused packages are subject to a $15.00 Return Processing Fee.


Damaged or Missing Items

We carefully pack and inspect each package before shipping to our customers; however, sometimes “things” happen. If you receive a damaged package, or a package with wrong or missing items, please call our toll free number at 1-800-543-2337 and press 2 Customer Service. We are available Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST and Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST. When you call, one of our friendly consultants will be able to assist you.
